Lhotse - Everest sin oxígeno

“Lhotse-Everest Without Oxygen” is a documentary that chronicles the 2019 expedition of Chilean athlete Juan Pablo Mohr, who, true to form, reached the summits of Lhotse (8,516 meters above sea level) and Everest (8,848 meters above sea level), two of the world's highest mountains, in less than a week without supplemental oxygen. It took Juan Pablo just 6 days and 20 hours to connect both mountains via Camp 2, surpassing the time recorded by Anatoli Boukreev in 1996, who reached both summits in 7 days, also without supplemental oxygen. Today, Juan Pablo's feat is recorded in the Guinness World Records and deserves to be shown not only in Chile but throughout the world. In February 2021, Juan Pablo passed away while attempting a winter ascent of K2. A year after his death, this film is presented as a way to remember him and honor his story. www.deportelibre.cl
