James Bach is one of the most influential and inspirational software testers in the world. He is one of the founders of the context-driven school, he is the creator of Rapid Software Testing, Session-Based Test Management, and one of the progenitors and advocates of skilled exploratory software testing. Based on the principles in the book Lessons Learned in Software Testing: a Context-Driven Approach, his approach to testing begins with personal skill development and extends to the ultimate mission of software testing: lighting the way of the project by evaluating the product.
