Sweaty Mess = Self Improvement - what it's like training for a marathon in your 50s.

I'm six weeks into the London Marathon training plan. I'm following the training days and haven't even looked at what I should be doing on the other days of the week. I suppose I should get to that! If you're interested in finding out what it's like going from non-runner to what Id call myself now - a beginner runner- then you might find my musings interesting.
