I made the tough decision to stop training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—not because I didn’t love it, but because the risk just wasn’t worth it. In this video, I break down why stepping on the mats started to feel like gambling with my livelihood. I work full-time, and a single injury could take me out of work and cost me thousands. As much as I respect the art and the discipline, sometimes real-life responsibilities have to come first.
