Can I 100% Kirby and the Forgotten Land in ONE DAY?

Trying to beat the full game Kirby and the Forgotten Land in a single day! The Star-Crossed World DLC just came out for Kirby on Nintendo Switch 2, and you need a completed save file to access all of the levels of the DLC. I wasn't able to transfer over my 100% complete save file from my playthrough to my Nintendo Switch 2, so I have to start over again from a new save file. I want to do a bro and sis 100% playthrough of the new Kirby Nintendo Switch 2 DLC, so I'm just going to complete a save file of Kirby first, but can I do it in a single day? Not sure if we can 100% the game in a single day, or if we'll just get all 300 Waddle Dees, or all 300 Souls in the post-game, or the true final boss at the Fighting Tournament with all bosses, or max upgrades, or all upgrades, or how far we'll get, but we'll see!
