Suzuki Vstrom Brake Upgrade

⚡️UPDATE⚡️: your brake fluid reservoir needs to be able to vent. In this video, I clamped the top of the reservoir tube tight with safety wire. I did not do this on prior bikes due to the hose being more vertical and less prone to leak. After riding for a hundred miles or so, it created a vacuum in the reservoir line which wouldn’t allow the brakes to release. I had to break a bleeder loose and then limp the bike home using only rear brakes. I installed some 4 piston calipers and a larger master cylinder on my 2008 Vstrom 1000 to improve braking performance and feel. The calipers and master cylinder were originally from a Honda CBR929RR.
