Rundtour, Bad Orb-R3-Kinzigtal-Neuhof-zurück in den Vogelsberg, Teil 6

The last day of my round trip: single-digit temperatures in the morning, but sunshine. The temperature rises throughout the day to around 22 degrees. From Bad Orb, I cycle along the county road to the R3 to Aufenau. I continue through the beautiful Kinzig Valley. Bad Soden and the Kinzig Dam are on my route. From Steinau an der Straße, I then head to Schlüchtern. After a break, I leave the Kinzig Valley, but not the R3, which takes me over the Distelrasen to Flieden and on to Neuhof. I bid farewell to the Hessian long-distance cycle route R3 and cycle westward, into the heights of the Vogelsberg Mountains, all the way home. I use some regional cycle paths, field paths, and forest paths. These lead through the towns of Hauswurz, Reichlos, Gunzenau, Ober-Moos, Lichenroth, and Völzberg. In the afternoon, around 3:30 p.m., I'm back home after a stage of almost 73 kilometers and approximately 850 meters of elevation gain.
