How I Style Compression Socks for Varicose Veins

Happy Sunday! Sharing a very special video to me: styling compression socks! I have been on a LONG journey to get here. I first discovered I had varicose veins at 19 and for years I struggled to express my personal style while wearing compression socks. Whether it was strangers looking down at my legs in passing or close friends asking me if I was trying to dress like a schoolgirl, I had daily encounters that made me shy about telling people what was happening with my legs. There wasn't much info online geared towards younger compression wearers and it felt like a freak situation happening to me and nobody else :( I felt insecure (and sometimes still do) wearing them exposed, but it came down to the style of socks I was wearing. There are so many athletic, medical, and colorful styles that just didn't fit in with my personal style. I've been wearing the styles featured in this video for years now and over time they've helped me to balance wearing my socks and style, prioritizing my comfort and health.
