This trip took us out to the San Martin cliffside off Los Burros Road, running along narrow mountain spine trails with unreal views of the Pacific. Before reaching camp, we hit a frame-twisting compression obstacle that set the tone for the rest of the adventure. Once we made it t o the top, we set up camp right on the edge. This area is known for landslides and earthquakes, and even though we got lucky with calm wind, you can feel how exposed it really is.
