Fishing, Foraging and Cooking at the Coast

Foraging at the beach for shellfish, gathering Cockles but also finding Mussels and Shrimp. Also using the Crab pots to target Brown Crab and Lobster, before heading out to a rocky point to catch Pollock and Mackerel. A great mix of species caught in the pots, nothing big enough to keep but we still had a great meal cooked on the fire, after gathering plenty cockles and catching a nice Pollock as well as my favourite eating fish, Mackerel. #foraging #wildfood #fishing
