In India, Kerala is famous for its ayurvedic massage centers and also has a lot of luxury wellness resorts. While there are many luxurious resorts in India catering to wellbeing, I think Indus Valley Ayurveda Center is definitely a very comfortable option. The cottages are amazing and as close to nature as possible. Even their Ayurvedic therapies and treatments are excellent. I tried Shirodhara, Abhayanga, Netra Tarpan and many more. I also enjoyed the food served here - simple plant based food and I would term it as healthy Indian food. Ayurveda and weight loss go hand in hand and it is only when the body, mind and soul are perfectly in balance that one can achieve healthy weight loss. Ayurvedic living is honestly very simple - basic things done right everyday. Ayurveda stresses on the importance of routine - waking up and sleeping on time, eating on time.
