She's been worried sick about you" Florence will ask for advice, after which you should go with either choice that suits your S.P.E.C.S: the one that needs 20 CHARM, or the one that requires 25 SASS. You'll then have another stat check, but one of those requires 30 EMPATHY, which is lower than what you needed for a start, so just go with that one.
