Al HamdouliLlah, malgré tout

In this episode, I wanted to begin as one might begin a reminder: by turning first to Allah. The episode opens with authentic supplications, seeking His help, His clarity, and His ease, for no beneficial word is spoken without Him. Thus, I began with praise: “Inna al-hamda lilah, nahmadouhou wa nasta'înouhou wa nastaghfirouh, wa ahoudou bi-llahi min chourouri anfousina wa min sayyi ati a'malina. Man yahdihi-llahou fala moudillalah, wa man yudlil fala hadiyalah, wa ashhadou an la ilaha illa llahou wahdahou la sharika lah, wa ashhadou anna mouhammadan 'abdouhou wa rasoulouh.” “Rabbi shrah lî sadrî wa yassir lî amrî wa hlul `uqdatan min lissânî yafqahu qawlî Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja’altahu sahla, wa ‘anta taj-alul hazna idha shi’ta sahla In this episode, we revisit together the depth of Al-Ḥamdoulillāh, its true meaning, its place in every circumstance, and the peace it brings to the heart when it becomes an inner practice. An episode to slow down, to understand, and to learn to remain in praise, even when the path demands patience and trust.”
