One of the plaintiffs says she went to an out-of-town wedding for the weekend, and when she returned, there was a large hole in her front door, the lock was missing, and notices indicated that the defendant, their landlord, needed access to the unit. The plaintiffs claim they were effectively evicted and are suing for the return of their security deposit and travel-related damages.
