The hotel offers a wide variety of options that cater to all tastes, with a particular emphasis on fresh, delicious Mexican flavors. The selection of Mexican dishes was impressive, featuring hearty options like chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and warm, flavorful tortillas. It was a great way to start the day with a taste of local cuisine. For those with a sweeter tooth, there was an amazing array of cakes, muffins, and pastries, each freshly baked and irresistibly delicious. The waffles and pancakes were equally tempting, served with a variety of toppings such as syrup, whipped cream, and fresh fruit. The buffet also offered a wide range of eggs prepared to order, whether scrambled, fried, or made into an omelet with a selection of fillings. If you prefer something lighter, there was also a station with yogurt and a great selection of toppings—from granola and honey to fresh berries and nuts. One of my favorite parts of the breakfast was the fresh juices, with options ranging from orange to exotic blends of tropical fruits. The juices were perfectly refreshing and a wonderful way to start the day. Overall, the breakfast at the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres exceeded my expectations, offering a great balance of traditional Mexican flavors alongside classic breakfast options, all in a beautiful and relaxed setting.
