Silage 2022 - Lifting Grass with Reco Mengele, Case IH, John Deere 6430s & JCB Fastrac & Buckraking

Taken two weeks ago and here's another trailed silaging outfit. Here we see a mix of farms and friends kit. This farm usually bales all of its silage but with soaring costs of wrap and net, they decided to chop their one field of 1st cut, a good crop off of 2nd year ley. First we see some of the action in field with friends Case IH Puma 165 CVX on a Reco Mengele SH40N and carting with friends JCB Fastrac 3250 and farms John Deere 6430. The pits are very small and the yard is tight as it was designed and built in the 70s with Ford 6600 and small tractors in mind, of which makes it a bit more interesing seeing the bit bigger kit in the yard.
