The new Jiu-Jitsu Academy in South Austin is the creation of Craig Jones, Nicky Rod, Nicky Ryan & Ethan Crelinsten. It is the new team of a group of internationally accomplished grappling stars. The Sport of Grappling is growing globally at a rapid rate, with wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and all other grappling based martial arts. The formation of the new team 'B-Team Jiu-Jitsu' came after John Danaher disbanded the international grappling team known as the 'Danaher Death Squad', to begin 'New Wave Jiu-Jitsu' with Gordon Ryan. This was the moment that the remaining members of the once 'DDS' team, banned together in cinematic fashion to create the most slept on team in competitive grappling. Jones is set to compete October in England at the Polaris Pro event. He will be his first official competition flying under the new B-Team Jiu-Jitsu banner. Godspeed B-Team!
