Subi no alto do rancho para planejar casa, galpão e plantações!
In this video, we arrived at the ranch later because we first stopped at the agricultural supply stores in the city of Rolante. I start by showing Patricia applying used oil to the front of the little house, then I show the firewood rack we made, which is working well. I also show some possible locations for the future house and our first shed. That day we took our dog Fiona, and I also show the sofa bed we set up inside the little house, making it a much better place to sleep. Then I start working on the road that goes up to the top of the property. The idea was to open some channels in the ground to try to divert the water away from the road and prevent the rain from continuing to damage everything. This part appears in time-lapse, digging the channels to guide the water. In the final part, I climb to one of the highest areas of the ranch. I start by talking about a "neighbor" making noise in the woods, which was a howler monkey. Then I show the area where there used to be a pine plantation, which is already turning green again. I explain that this was one of the places where we initially considered building the house, but it's very far from the road. I also show the stone walls and piles of rocks that seem like old signs of previous inhabitants, as well as a very beautiful view of the region. Up there, I talk about ideas for the future: where to plant, where perhaps to build the permanent house, how to better use the land, how to improve the plateau, and even about the dream of having animals on the ranch. On the way down, the conversation goes on and on. I show possible clumps of grass to take to the plateau, talking about the difficulty of walking after many years of working sitting down, and sharing the plans we still have to gradually transform this place. #RanchLifestyle #CountryLife #RuralLife #Ranch #Farm #SmallFarm #RuralProject #SupportHouse #RanchRoad #FutureHouse #CountryHouse #RanchBarn #Plantations #HillView #RanchTop #RanchRoutine #RuralLife #RSInterior #BuildingOnTheRanch #OffGridLife #RuralLife #CountryLiving #HomesteadLife #SimpleLiving #CabinLife #LandPlanning #FarmLife #CountryHouse #RuralProperty #DIYCabin
