Texas Tech Expert DUNKED On Florida Fans After They ASSAULTED Mia Williams

The 2026 Gainesville Super Regional finale between No. 11 seed Texas Tech and No. 6 seed Florida transcended a typical postseason softball game, devolving into an absolute powder keg of bad blood, on-field ejections, and off-field antics.At the absolute center of the storm was Red Raiders star infielder Mia Williams, a former Florida Gator whose return to Gainesville was greeted with extreme hostility. Over the course of the three-game series, Florida pitchers plunked Williams an astronomical five times, including hitting her on the very first pitch of both Game 1 and Game 3. The relentless hits ignited the Texas Tech dugout and fueled an explosive reaction from Williams’ father, retired NBA star Jason Williams. The former Florida basketball guard added major fuel to the fire, getting briefly escorted by security in Game 1 after confronting a fan, and later standing right next to the Florida dugout in Game 3 to deliver a mocking "Gator Chomp" celebration after his daughter launched a revenge two-run homer. On the field, the game completely unraveled for the Gators. Texas Tech battered Florida pitching for five home runs in a 16-7, five-inning mercy-rule beatdown to secure a spot in the Women's College World Series. As the score mounted, Florida's frustrations boiled over. Head coach Tim Walton was ejected in the fifth inning for arguing balls and strikes. To cap off the bitter exit, Florida players skipped the traditional postgame handshake line entirely.
