Deadside Update 1.9 is finally here — and today we’re testing everything live. The new Blueprint progression system, expanded crafting, the Mirny map overhaul, signal‑flare airdrops, basebuilding changes, vehicle updates, and survival tweaks make this one of the biggest updates Deadside has ever received. 🔧 What’s new in Update 1.9: Blueprint System: Collect blueprint fragments to unlock crafting recipes. A new inventory tab tracks your progression. Crafting Expansion: High‑tier CNC machine + Upgrade Station for researching, crafting, and upgrading items directly at your base. Mirny Map Expansion: New areas added, plus major improvements to forests, natural zones, and shorelines. Signal Flare Airdrops: Call custom airdrops straight to your base. Basebuilding Additions: Offset doors, a Fireplace module, and craftable decorative masks. Explosives Rework: Explosives no longer spawn on the ground — only from missions, heli crashes, and airdrops. Trader Rebalance: Both safe‑zone traders now buy the same items; random loot boxes added. Weapon Repair: Simplified repair system and reduced late‑game maintenance costs. Vehicles: Vehicle limit increased to 200; cars now wear out over time and spawn slightly damaged. Survival Changes: Respawn with the food/water you had before death (minimum 25). Diet Bonuses: Cooked meats now give stacking satiety and temporary max HP/food/water boosts.
