Creative Commons: il diritto d'autore all'epoca di Internet

Creative Commons licenses are a legal instrument, a series of copyright licenses that allow anyone who produces a work of any kind to release it to the public under "very generous" conditions, under certain conditions. Specifically, there are six different licenses, from one that requires only citing the author of the work to the most restrictive one that requires, in addition to citing the author, non-commercial use and non-modification. The process for using a Creative Commons license is very simple: just go to creativecommons.org, choose the license that best suits your needs, and release the work under the selected license. Remember that saying nothing is equivalent to saying: all rights reserved.
