Onion gravy recipe # Gravy recipe # Side Dish Recipe for Chappathi and roti # Music: Dear Autumn Musician: @iksonmusic Onion gravy recipe # Gravy recipe # Gravy for chappathi and roti # Ingredients : 1) Onion chopped (cubes 2) 2) Oil -(2 tsp) 3) Onion chopped -(2) 4)Tomato puree -(2) 5) Turmeric powder -(1/4 tsp) 6) Red chilli powder -(1 tsp) 7) Coriander powder -(1 tsp) 8) Garam masala -(1/4 tsp) 9) Cumin seed powder -(1/2 tsp) 10) Curd-(3 tbsp) 11) Salt 12) Kasturi methi -(1/4 tsp) Method: 1) Add 1 tsp oil in a kadai. 2)Add 2 onion chopped cubes.Saute it 2 minutes and keep it aside. 3) Now add 2 tsp oil a add finely chopped 1 onion and saute till golden brown. 4) Now add puree of 2 tomatoes and saute. 5) Now add Turmeric powder,Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin seed powder and Garam masala. 6) Now add curd and saute till the raw flavour goes. 7) Add 2 cup water and add onion cubes. 8) Add salt and Kasturi methi and close and cook for 10 minutes in low flame. 9) Switch off the flame adding little chopped coriander leaves. Now your onion gravy is ready to serve with chappathi.
