Innovative Workforce Solutions in Western Massachusetts: The Springfield–Holyoke Recompete Approach

In this recorded webinar, the Springfield–Holyoke Recompete Coalition shared how they are addressing workforce challenges in Western Massachusetts through a coordinated, place-based approach that connects residents to quality jobs while addressing barriers such as housing instability, legal needs, and fragmented support systems. Hosted by RTI International, the session highlighted early lessons and promising signals from the coalition’s pilot efforts, as well as the importance of aligning workforce, social service, and employer partners to support long-term regional economic mobility.
