75-Minute Pilates x Strength Training Booty Workout | Day 2 Summer Sculpt Challenge
🌟Get ready to transform your lower body with this 75-minute Booty & Glute Sculpting Workout! This session combines rounds of mat Pilates exercises with rounds of standing strength training exercises to help you burn fat, build muscle and sculpt your glutes from every angle. This workout is Day 2 of my Pilates x Strength 2-Week Summer Sculpt Challenge. This workout includes an effective warm-up and a good cool down and stretch to ensure you get the most out of your session. I’m using a set of 15 lb dumbbells, 10 lb dumbbells, and optional ankle weights. Choose a weight that challenges you but still allows you to maintain proper form. 🌟What you'll get from this workout: Warm-Up and Cool Down: Prepare your muscles and prevent injury. Mat Pilates: Focus on targeting and activating your glutes.
