A new PoderData poll, released by Poder360, shows President Lula leading the 2026 presidential race. In the first-round scenario, the Workers' Party candidate appears with 40% of voting intentions, while Senator Flávio Bolsonaro registers 36%. The other pre-candidates appear further behind. The survey also simulated a possible second round. Lula has 46% of voting intentions, compared to 43% for Flávio Bolsonaro. As the difference is within the margin of error of two percentage points, the scenario is a technical tie. The poll shows stability compared to the previous survey, with small fluctuations within the margin of error. Experts believe that the picture indicates a still quite polarized electorate, while the campaign is still in its initial phase and new political and economic events may alter the scenario in the coming months.
