You can perform these exercises for your tennis elbow using a bar stool, table, or chair. Exercise 1: Cross-friction massage of the tennis elbow. Massage the painful area on your forearm back and forth. The pain level should be around 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 during the massage. Exercise 2: Eccentric training. Slightly extend your arm. Extend your wrist upwards and press against it with your hand to stretch your forearm. 5-10 repetitions. Exercise 3: Wrist and finger stretches. Fully extend your arm.
