Journalist and activist Alex Serna was found dead in Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, after being missing for nearly 12 days. According to state prosecutors, his body was found inside an abandoned drum with signs of violence and was later identified by his family at the Forensic Medical Service. Serna was known for his work as a content creator and whistleblower on environmental issues, corruption, and ecological damage in the Costa Grande region of Guerrero.
