This is a set of tutorial videos to learn the basics of Melattur style online, which will be published on YouTube on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month. The basic Adavus have been presented in three speeds starting from slow and moving on to fast tempo and receding back to the slow tempo, which will be useful for learners to improve stamina. Tips and suggestions to avoid mistakes in doing Adavus are presented in the videos. Along with the Adavus, aspects of Hasthas and Viniyogas are also covered. All the best!
