One day, Cemre has an accident and passes away. Fearing that Zeynep’s fragile heart would not be able to endure such sorrow, no one dares to tell her about her mother’s death. Meanwhile, as Cemre dies, she becomes the victim of a terrible slander. Believing these accusations, her husband Murat, who once loved Cemre deeply, now remembers her with hatred. Just as Zeynep’s heart is about to stop, a miracle happens. Nazlı, a woman who looks exactly like Cemre’s twin, appears in Zeynep’s life. Zeynep’s life is saved, and she clings to Nazlı, calling her “mother.” For the sake of his daughter, Murat offers Nazlı — who looks exactly like the woman he hates — to become Zeynep’s hired mother until she undergoes heart surgery. Perhaps fate has sent Nazlı there so that the truth can finally be revealed.
