Sheet Metal is Fun! Organizer Bin!

I developed this pattern and fabricated several galvanized organizer bins 40 years ago as part of my Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Training. In this step by step process you can develop your own pattern and with a few adjustments to the dimensions you will be able to customize these bins to fit your needs. Once you've completed the layout, cut it out and use it as the pattern to trace/scribe onto the material you choose to fabricate your organizer bins out of.
