JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Former Special Crimes Director Febrie Adriansyah appears to be denying any involvement in the National Police's discovery of money and gold in several locations, leading to his involvement in a money laundering (TPPU) case. Febrie made a statement that raised questions regarding the discovery of 74 kilograms of gold at his private home in Sentul after being named a suspect in the alleged corruption and money laundering case by the Attorney General's Office. Febrie Adriansyah is currently being detained at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) detention center for the next 20 days. KPK investigator from 2013 to 2021, Yudi Purnomo, stated that there are concerns about interference if he is detained at the Attorney General's Office.
