Hey guys, in this video I want to teach you how to make French macaroons. It's a recipe that requires you to pay attention and take great care to make them because otherwise, they will probably not come out right. If you follow all the steps I give you to make these delicious macaroons you will succeed in making this recipe. Ingredients: -110 gr of ground almonds -200 gr powdered sugar -50 G of regular sugar -Gel coloring -3 Aged egg whites Procedure: 1. Mix sugar and ground almonds to form a flour 2. In a bowl sift the mixture and if you have lots of almonds not passing through the strainer, grind it again and if not, remove it from the mix. 3. In another bowl pour three aged egg whites. (for aging them, put them in the fridge for 24 hours and when you are going to use them, take them out to reach room temperature 4. Add 50 gr of regular sugar and whisk well until it forms peaks 5. Add a few drops of gel food coloring that you want and mix it in a folding form, stirring to keep the air from the meringue while adding the first mixture with almond flour gradually. Have a lot of patience for this step 6. Print a template with the shape you want your macaroons to have and paste it above the pan and put wax paper on top 7. Prepare a sleeve and fill it with the macaroon mixture 8. Make the figure using the sleeve on the wax paper and let it stand for 25 minutes. If the top part has hardened it means they are ready to be put in the oven 9. Heat your oven to 150° and place the pan at the top and leave it for about 12 minutes. After 6 minutes open your oven to let off a little heat and close it again 10. Let them cool, then peel them off the wax paper 11. In a bowl place 125 gr of cream cheese, 40 gr of unsalted butter, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, a dash of vanilla and orange zest and mix well 12. When you finish place it in the refrigerator. 13. In a macaroon put a little of the filling we made and accompany it with a fruit and place another macaroon on top to make like a sandwich and press just a little on the sides to make them stick. and our macaroons are ready!!!
