Good morning, beloved brothers and sisters. For today, beloved brothers and sisters, let us pray inspired by the Gospel of John, chapter 11, verse 25, where it says: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.” Beloved brothers and sisters, the story of Lazarus takes us to one of the most human and profound moments in Jesus' ministry. There we see a family broken by grief, a sealed tomb, sisters weeping, and a silent question that often arises in our hearts as well: “Lord, why didn't you come sooner?” Beloved brother, beloved sister, do not bury your faith along with your pain. Do not let a sealed tomb make you forget who stands before it. Jesus does not always arrive when we want Him to, but He always arrives with a purpose. And when He speaks, even what seemed finished must surrender to His voice. With Christ, death is not the end. With Christ, pain is not final. With Christ, waiting is not in vain. With Christ, the grave does not have the final word. Our hope is not in everything going according to plan; our hope is in Jesus, the Christ, the Son of God, the resurrection, and the life.
