Homemade outboard

I built this using a blown johnson 9.5 lower unit used some pto couplers and joints. I got those at u-joints inc. albuq NM used a new briggs and stratton 4.5 torque power heavy flywheel engine. I cut the crank off the johnson and welded a key on it. i could of made the steel cage nicer but i built it using scrap i had laying around, but the welds are strong. i have used it a lot and it works well. If you are going to build one just know this way does work.
