Previously, thousands of talented young people from across Indonesia participated in the #KerenSeIndonesia The Next Boy/Girl Band audition challenge. After going through a rigorous selection process, it's time for the talented participants to compete for the Hot Seater position in front of the judges. From each of #TeamBoys and #TeamGirls, there are only 7 Hot Seats up for grabs. In #TeamBoys, the contestants will be judged by Armand Maulana, Denada, and Nino "RAN," while in #TeamGirls, they are Melly Goeslaw, Widi Mulia, and Gamal "GAC.") In the on-air audition round, three contestants prepare in the Underworld and take to the hydraulic stage to prove their dance talents on The Next Boy/Girl Band stage. Contestants who don't get two thumbs down will have the right to showcase their singing talent live in front of the judges. Each contestant needs 3 A thumbs up from the judges for your Hot Seater spot. However, each team's seven Hot Seat positions are never guaranteed each week. Each week, another talented contestant has the chance to become a Hot Seater, and there's also a Wildcard round where eliminated Hot Seaters can return to the GlobalTV The Next Boy/Girl Band stage.
