When adding the last water, also add: 200g of dried beans (soaked overnight in water); 2 medium onions; 1/4 celery root; 3 celery stalks; 4 medium carrots; 1/2 teaspoon of whole peppercorns; 1 bay leaf; For the bean broth (preparation): 2 large onions; 4-5 slices of celery root, diced; 2-3 celery stalks; 30ml sunflower oil; 2 large kapia peppers; 2 medium carrots; 2 large tomatoes; 0.5 liters of tomato juice (or 50g tomato paste); 1 teaspoon of salt; 1 teaspoon of paprika; 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper; 1 bunch of fresh lovage; 1 bunch of fresh parsley; 1-2 pieces of parsley root; 1 sprig of thyme; 0.5 - 1 liter of sour broth. (You can also sour it with sauerkraut juice to obtain a sour bean broth with sauerkraut); Add vegetable broth to the beans and fill with 1.2 liters of water depending on the pot and desired quantity.
