This beginner-friendly practice begins with a calming seated warm-up and gradually flows from the crown chakra all the way down to the root chakra through mindful movement, breath, and intention. This class includes gentle stretching, hip openers, spinal mobility, heart-opening poses, standing postures, and a relaxing Savasana to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and restored.
