One of the major reasons The Makun Kingdom in Remo, is a Magnet for Industrialization is that The Ewusi's Reign has made a giant stride of peace and unity. Makun is a Conglomerate town where people live together in peace, joy, unity, and harmony irrespective of tribe, political affiliations, status, or age. Also, Makun is in the Centre of Geography in Ogun state and a gateway path to other neighboring towns leading to the Northern, Eastern, and Western parts of Nigeria. For Makun to develop exponentially, it has to be secure and comfortable enough for companies both national and international, to base their operations there. Makun has proven itself to be a safe harbor for both its citizens and businesses. In order to continue fostering the development of the Makun kingdom, the Makun Development Council has come up with projects that keep putting Makun on the world map. There are three(3) Ongoing projects by MDC: i. Construction of Makun Recreation Park ii. Proposed Ewo-Liwo Police Station, Sagamu iii. Renovation of Ewusi Palace.
