An avid reader and extensive traveller, Dr. Bhadrayu lives and loves his life to the fullest. ****** પ્રા. ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ વછરાજાની ****** પૂજ્ય શ્રી મોરારિબાપુ જેમને 'કલમ અને કાયાથી ગણપતિ' કહીને નવાજે છે અને જાણીતા ચિંતક શ્રી ગુણવંતશાહ જેને 'તેજસ્વી અને ઓજસ્વી શિક્ષણકાર' કહીને સન્માને છે તે પ્રા ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ વછરાજાની, બેંક ઓફ બરોડાની કાયમી નોકરી છોડી શિક્ષણની કેડીએ વળ્યાં છે...બેંક છોડી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક થઈને છત્રીસ વર્ષે તેઓ ઉચ્ચશિક્ષણના ટોચના સ્થાનથી સ્વૈચ્છિક નિવૃત થયેલ છે. કે.જી. થી પી.જી. સુધીની ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ વછરાજાનીની આ શિક્ષણયાત્રા બહુ જ રસપ્રદ અને જ્ઞાનવર્ધક રહી છે. ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ વછરાજાની જીવવિજ્ઞાનના સ્નાતક, શિક્ષણશાસ્ત્રના અનુસ્નાતક, જાતીયશિક્ષણ(Sex Education) ના ક્ષેત્રના પ્રથમ ભારતીય ડોક્ટરેટ છે. તેઓ Ph.D. ના માર્ગદર્શક છે. બાર સ્કોલર્સ તેઓના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ ડોક્ટરેટ કરી ચૂક્યા છે, જેમાં વિદેશના સ્કોલર્સ પણ છે. ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ ત્રણ વર્ષ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક, નવ વર્ષ માધ્યમિક શિક્ષક, ચોવીસ વર્ષ પ્રાધ્યાપક તરીકે રહ્યા છે. બાર વર્ષ તેઓ યુ.જી.સી. ની ઈન્ટર યુનિવર્સીટી ઈન્સ્ટિટ્યુટના પ્રોફેસર અને ડાયરેક્ટર રહ્યા. સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સીટીના પરીક્ષા નિયામક તરીકે વધારાનો હવાલો સંભાળી ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુએ વિક્રમજનક Examination Reforms કરેલ, જેની સમગ્ર દેશે નોંધ લીધેલ. હાલ તેઓએ અદાણી ફાઉન્ડેશન, અમદાવાદને તરીકે Advisor-Education પણ રાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે પ્રદાન કરેલ છે. ડૉ. ભદ્રાયુ વછરાજાની ઉત્તમ વક્તા છે અને પ્રભાવક શૈલીથી વાતને રજૂ કરનાર લેખક છે. તેમનાં પાત્રીસથી વધુ પુસ્તકો પ્રકાશિત થયાં છે. તેમનું પુસ્તક : "હૈયું - મસ્તક - હાથ", ૨૦૧૦નું અને માનવ વર્તનના ઘડવૈયાઓ વિષેનું તેમનું પુસ્તક : "નાની પાટીમાં શિલાલેખ" ૨૦૧૨નું બેસ્ટસેલર પુસ્તક છે, "મુઠ્ઠી ઊંચેરા ૧૦૦ માનવરત્નો" ૨૦૧૫નું બેસ્ટસેલર માઈલસ્ટોન પુસ્તક છે. ગુજરાતી પ્રકાશનની દુનિયામાં પહેલો ગ્રંથ છે જે બે ધૂરંધર પ્રકાશકોએ સાથે મળીને પ્રકાશિત કરેલ છે. તેઓને પૂજ્ય મોટા રિસર્ચ પેપર એવોર્ડ એનાયત થયેલ છે. તેઓ ગુજરાતી 'દિવ્યભાસ્કર', 'ફૂલછાબ' અને 'કચ્છમિત્ર' વર્તમાનપત્રોના ખ્યાત કટાર લેખક છે. પુષ્કળ વાંચવું, અમાપ વિહરવું અને ભરપૂર જીવવું એ ભદ્રાયુ વછરાજાનીના નિજાનંદો છે.
