Last Carnival long weekend, 2023, I set off from the city of Neuquén in a Ford Etios to explore northern Neuquén. I left the city of Neuquén, taking Route 22 to Zapala, and from there I took the iconic Route 40. I continued to Chos Malal, visiting the halfway point marker.
