Olympus OM20 – Not Used in 2 Years… But Does It Still Work? 🤔

In this video, I dust off my trusty Olympus OM20, a classic 35mm SLR that hasn't seen the light of day in two whole years! After being tucked away on a shelf, I wanted to find out: does it still work? Or has time taken its toll? The Olympus OM20 (also known as the OM-G in some regions) was released in the early 1980s as part of the legendary OM series. It’s a solid, compact manual focus camera that offers both manual and aperture-priority auto exposure. A favorite for beginners and seasoned film shooters alike! But like many vintage cameras, the OM20 has its quirks and common issues. Sticky shutters, failing light meters, battery corrosion, and cracked mirror bumpers are just a few things that can crop up after years of disuse. So join me as I give it a once-over, load it up, and see if it still holds up after its long break! #OlympusOM20 #FilmCameraTest #35mmFilm #VintageCamera #OlympusOM #FilmPhotography #CameraRescue #OMSeries #DoesItStillWork
