How to paint a Humpback Whale (UPDATED!)

In this video tutorial, I’ll show you how I sketch and paint a Humpback whale, so you can do it too! You’ll need a watercolour paper at least 300gsm, a pencil or mechanical pencil and an eraser for the sketch. Watercolour paints, watercolour brushes, masking fluid, two water cups, a paper napkin, a pencil, a fine line pen or colour pencils, and a white gel pen for those final details and lines. (If you don’t have masking fluid, you can skip this step and use a white gel pen or white Posca at the end of the painting.) I hope you enjoy it!
