We continue exploring hidden corners of Beitou, uncovering stone Buddhas and Buddhist culture left behind from earlier times. We start at the Kobo Daishi Rock, where we pay respects to Kukai (Kobo Daishi) and Fudo Myo-o. Then we visit Puji Temple, where the stone Buddha of Temple No.88 - Okubo-ji is enshrined—just like in Japan, this marks the symbolic final stop of the Shikoku pilgrimage. For lunch, we relax at Brae Café, enjoying cinnamon rolls and coffee with a mountain view. Next, we explore the Beitou Museum, home to the stone Buddhas of Temple No.40 - Kanjizai-ji and No.66 - Unpen-ji. The afternoon is packed with hidden gems: Fudo Myo-o Cave Longyun Temple (No.81 - Shiramine-ji) Yingang Hot Spring (No.70 - Motoyama-ji) Lane 99, JingShan Rd.
