Today I made Cheese Buldak Curry! Side dishes are Fried Prawns & 2 kinds of Homemade Kimchi. I added lots of Buldak sauce to Mom’s curry and then topped it with cheese, and it was so delicious! I had no idea curry and cheese would go so well together! It was sweet and savory but had a nice finish, and since the cheese stretched, it was just perfect! The fried prawns were so crispy and the kimchi (sour kimchi & geotjeori) was crunchy! Kimchi is definitely a must when eating curry! Since the curry was pretty spicy, it wasn’t greasy at all. And I used various kinds of ingredients and cut them into big pieces, so it was really flavorful! I wasn’t a fan of curry as a kid, but I think it’s because I didn’t know curry could taste like this back then! 😂 I cooked a friend this curry and she said this is the best curry she’s ever tasted! If you love curry, I highly recommend making Buldak curry topped with lots of cheese! Thank you so much for watching!🙏🏻
