Princess Leonor will formally enter the General Military Academy (AGM) in Zaragoza to begin her military training on August 17, 2023. The dormitories have a capacity of up to 12 people, and she will not be housed in a single room. What will be exclusive to her is the training program. Over the next 10 months, she will complete the first and second years of military training. This demanding routine will begin each day at 6:30 a.m. In the afternoons, she will be allowed to go out, provided her studies permit.
