How to clean diecast cars, Corgi Toys, Matchbox, Hot Wheels

How to make your old and dirty diecast model cars, Corgi Toys, Matchbox, Hot Wheels shine. This is an easy and simple way to clean your model cars and bring back their shine without damaging the paint in a quick and easy manner. In this video I clean a 50 years old dirty, dull diecast Corgi Toys White Ferrari Daytona to bring back its shine and glory!!! This car has been in my collection from my childhood, opened and kept on a table top and gathered dust over many years. Regular cleaning is very important to keep your diecast cars looking like new, especially when they have been taken out of their dust packing. In this video I initially show you how dirty the car is then its cleaning process starts. Use a soft bristled cleaning brush to lightly remove the dust from the exterior and interior of the car, also blow air into the interior to remove any loose dust particles. Thereafter use soft lint less cloth to remove the hard dust and dirt from the diecast car so all the loose dirt and dust gets removed from the exterior and the interior. While cleaning the interior ensure you are nice and gentle so that any small parts do not get damaged. After that I have used a baby wipe to gently rub and clean the exterior of the car, including the decals or stickers. As it is easy to get hold of, very effective, and makes our life easy. Baby wipes are very gentle and mildly wet as they are made to clean a baby’s skin without adversely affecting it, so they are very effective in softy removing the dust and dirt from a diecast car without affecting the paint and also without making it too wet. After cleaning the exterior of the diecast car you can clean the interior also using a baby wipe as demonstrated in the video by passing it thru the interior. The baby wipe also gives the car a nice and fresh fragrance.
