Epson GTX-830 (V550/V600) Discontinued....Whats my Plan/Epsons Problem

Probably the news is already migrating to the film community and if you guys havent picked up on it, Epson which is the only company that makes flatbed scanners is getting out of their film scanning/scanner business which in Japan is the GTX-830/V550/V600, and the GTX-980 *V850/800 series. Its kinda sad to see however we have to take into account that ever since Epson released their flatbed scanners the public started to shift towards mirrorless scanning which has become mainstream *for an average consumer. better refinement in products, mirrorless cameras that can Pixel Shift to achieve better resolution such as Olympus. I myself been using the GTX-830 ever since I started my youtube channel and it supported by providing me 99% thats like 100% of my medium format scans for my channel. including shots that I have taken on Trips. I kinda mentioned the magenta/purple line that appears in the video and in most cases you will have to end up sending it to epson which is like a facepalm moment. but I realized maybe this might be the best moment to hop ships to Valoi ***if Valoi is watching my video I would be happy to make a video on the 360 scanners fingers crossed hoping they would watch my video. but yeah they seem to be the widely regarded brand. unfortauntly bc I live in Japan the prices are inflated so might look for someone giving out discount coupon codes...I am such a cheap guy....money saved now is money saved for future video In this video I did not talk about the specs of this scanner since you guys can already find them out online/chatgpt free is your friend. although it is a disappointment for the community but we also have to understand that if Epson discontinued this product/ they wont have to spend extra cash to make/ research develop newer scanners thus in end they can use that money instead of making a new Scanner in making better printing Products such as refining the PXIV printer which ppl say is great. my mouth is watering since I want one...but priorities first honesty it was great owning you till this day.
