Watch this video to find out how I did it! On my second full day of my "woman travelling solo" trip across Southern Italy I got a boat from Naples Beverello harbour to Sorrento. I spent a few hours there, before proceeding towards Amalfi, which gives the name to the world (über) famous Amalfi Coast. I personally think that travelling by boat was the best way to get to Sorrento from Naples, as you can enjoy the view from the sea while taking advantage of the nice sea breeze or air con to cool off.
