Starting at Gare to Nice Ville, the main train station in Nice, I board the regular train service that runs between Nice and Ventimiglia, stopping at Menton before the train leaves France and travels across the border into Italy. Menton is a town of grand heritage, reflected in its buildings and its sense of style and sophistication. Famous for its huge lemons, beaches, marina and colourful narrow shopping streets its a lovely place to explore for a day.
