kadarangai pickle INGREDIENTS: In a saucepan add 2 glass of water let it boil and add the citrus lemon and let it cook for 15 mins transfer it in a bowl In a pan dry roast 2 tblspn coriander seeds 1tspn methi seeds 15 red chilli asofatida fry all the INGREDIENTS without burn and grind it as a powder and keep aside In a pan add 2tblspn gingerly oil 2 tblspn sunflower oil let it become heat add 1tspn turmeric powder then add the citrus lemon in to it. add salt and grinded powder and mix welll to coat then add 3tblspn country sugar and mix well for 3 mins... store in a glass container spicy kadarangai pickle is ready...... . . . #kadarangaipickle #citruslemonpickle #thajulskitchen
